Masonry, render, fascias, soffits, doors and windows, done to stand up to the Yorkshire weather. This is the work I'm known for.
Surface preparation
The bit that makes a finish last: filling, sanding and priming so it stays put rather than flaking off in a year.
Property maintenance
The smaller jobs that keep a home or rental looking right: touch-ups, minor repairs and general upkeep.
